I completely understand and agree that the decision to grant subsidy to me is entirely upon the discretion of the IAC, and that I will not campaign for the same, and that IAC is well within its rights to reject my application for subsidy, without being obliged to offer any explanation thereof. I also hereby declare that I completely understand that IAC subsidy is NOT granted in the form of cash or money, but in the form of partial or full waivers or discounts to the official market fee/ price of a subsidy item listed in the IPDAP Policy document. We understand that IAC reserves full rights to annul or withdraw a subsidy awarded to me in the event, I am found breaching the terms and conditions of IPDAP as laid down by IAC.
